As a client of Pact, you have the right:
- to be listened to;
- to be provided with information;
- to receive a simple explanation;
- to make decisions;
- to access interpreter support services;
- to confidentiality; and
- to have access to information Pact collects about you.
You have a responsibility to Pact:
- to treat Pact staff and other service users with respect;
- to accept responsibility for decisions and actions;
- to work co-operatively with staff who are supporting you;
- to keep to agreed appointment times;
- to provide accurate information;
- to advise Pact of changed circumstances related to your support; and
- to undertake to complete agreed tasks as planned, that you have discussed with your support worker.
